Cafe Operations Leader

Cafe managers play a pivotal role in driving the success of a cafe operation.
Key responsibilities include managing a team of staff across both front and back of house, while also taking an active role in customer service and food handling. They are responsible for leading and coaching their team to achieve exceptional results.
