Cafe Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cafe Supervisor to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to lead and manage a team of staff in a fast-paced leisure centre environment.

As the Cafe Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating a positive and welcoming workplace.

  • Maintaining high service standards
  • Overseeing the daily operations and administration, including stock management and ordering
  • Working to ensure the financial success and ongoing viability of the cafe

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, and excellent communication skills.

You will also be required to recruit, train, and support a small core team to deliver a diverse over the counter food and beverage service.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Food Safety Supervisor certificate (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
  • HLTAID009- Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation HLTAID011- Provide First Aid
