Management Position - Cafe Leader

This management role involves overseeing daily cafe operations, managing a team of staff and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities :

Lead a team of five across both front and back of house, taking an active front-of-house role during service.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a cafe or restaurant environment, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Requirements :

  • A minimum 2 years experience as a Assistant Manager or Cafe Manager is essential
  • Barista trained is preferred
  • Strong people management skills - encouraging leader who is there to motivate yet has the ability to act on informal and formal matters that happen during service
  • Food Safety / Handling certified is essential
