Job Role Overview:

As a Support Worker in our Community Supports Services, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with disabilities to develop skills and enrich their lives through engaging and creative activities.

The position involves providing in-home support for clients, which may require working afternoon and night shifts. You will effectively engage with clients, build positive relationships, and provide tailored support that meets their unique needs.

You will be resilient, self-assured, and able to work with clients from diverse backgrounds. Your ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate problem-solving skills will be essential.

Flexibility is key, with the requirement for availability on shift work, sleepovers, weekends, and public holidays. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Outlook, is also necessary. A valid Australian Driver's License, Working With Children Check, NSW NDIS Workers Screening Check, and ability to pass a National Criminal History Check are mandatory requirements.
