We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to individuals with disabilities.
Job Description:
- Provide high-quality speech therapy services to clients of all ages, from infants to adults, with diverse communication needs and goals.
- Collaborate closely with our experienced team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that promote independence and empowerment.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness, and develop strategies to address these challenges.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (MA/MS) or equivalent.
- Current registration with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
- Proven experience working with diverse populations, including children and adults with complex communication needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
