**Job Description**

The Director of Academic Operations is a leadership role that oversees all aspects of academic programs and operations at our Sydney CBD campus. The ideal candidate will be passionate about English language teaching and international education, with strong communication and leadership skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure outstanding quality of learning and teaching
  • Lead the local ILSC campus Academic Team
  • Oversee all aspects of academic programs and operations

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A recognised Bachelor degree
  • Trinity DipTESOL, Cambridge DELTA, or MA TESOL (or equivalent)
  • Minimum three years' leadership and management experience in quality English language institutions
