Academic Leadership Position

The role of Academic Director is a pivotal position that ensures the delivery of exceptional academic programs and operations. Reporting to the National Director, this position oversees all aspects of learning and teaching.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the team in delivering outstanding quality of learning and teaching, focusing on student progression and experience.
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to staff, promoting continuous professional growth and development.
  • Develop innovative processes and procedures to enhance academic delivery and resourcing.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance and ensure a strong understanding of industry requirements.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • A recognised Bachelor degree or higher.
  • Trinity DipTESOL, Cambridge DELTA, or MA TESOL (or equivalent).
  • Minimum three years' leadership and management experience in quality English language institutions.
  • Excellent understanding of TESOL methodology, curriculum design, and assessment practices.
