Community Services Program

This is a pivotal leadership opportunity to shape the direction of our largest and most impactful program – Community Services. As Head of Department, you'll influence the futures of thousands of students while gaining valuable senior leadership experience in a fast-growing education provider.

The Role
  • Provide academic leadership and operational oversight to a team of dedicated teaching and academic staff.
  • Drive program quality and innovation, lead course development, and ensure students are supported by engaging, industry-relevant learning.
Key Responsibilities
  • Academic Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and support staff to deliver high-quality teaching and outstanding student outcomes.
  • Program Growth & Development: Oversee new course design, continuous improvement, and curriculum innovation informed by research and industry input.
  • External Engagement: Manage articulation pathways and benchmarking to ensure programs remain leading edge and highly regarded.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure academic standards are maintained across Higher Education and VET requirements, working closely with the Dean and Quality team.
