Fitness Operations Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team and make a real impact in the fitness industry. As a Fitness Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by example, motivating and supporting staff in their roles and responsibilities.
- Drive high standards, enforcing policies and procedures to ensure excellent customer service and experience.
- Coach and develop your team, providing guidance, support, and training to help them succeed.
- Champion customer satisfaction, creating a welcoming environment that meets the needs of all users.
- Support compliance, upholding health & safety, safeguarding, and operational policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the centre, assisting with membership drives, community outreach, and service improvements.
- Proven leadership experience in a leisure or fitness environment, preferably with a Certificate IV in Fitness qualification.
- Strong communication and people management skills, with the ability to think on your feet and remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to solve problems and make sound decisions, with a genuine interest in promoting health, fitness, and wellbeing.
- Skills in developing and leading a team to perform at their best, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
