Key Responsibilities
  • Motivate and support staff in the Fitness Club by leading by example.
  • Drive high standards to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient daily operations.
  • Develop and coach your team through day-to-day guidance and support training.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for all users.
  • Support compliance by upholding health & safety, safeguarding, and operational policies.
  • Contribute to centre growth through membership drives, community outreach, and service improvements.
Essential Qualifications
  • Proven leadership experience in a leisure or fitness setting.
  • Strong communication and people management skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, solve problems effectively, and think critically.
  • Hold a Certificate IV in Fitness, current First Aid certificate, and CPR qualifications.
  • A genuine interest in promoting health, fitness, and wellbeing.
  • Skills in developing your team to achieve their full potential.
Additional Requirements

The successful candidate must hold a NSW Working with Children Check Clearance Number for employment screening purposes.
