Aquatic Leisure Centre Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aquatic Leisure Centre Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading by example, motivating staff across all departments, and driving high standards to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient daily operations.
- Lead by example and motivate staff to provide exceptional customer service and a friendly, welcoming environment for all users.
- Drive high standards to ensure compliance with health & safety, safeguarding, and operational policies.
- Coach and develop your team to perform at their best, providing day-to-day guidance and support training.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Proven leadership experience in a leisure, fitness, hospitality, or customer-facing environment.
- Strong communication and people management skills.
- Able to think on your feet, solve problems, and remain calm under pressure.
- Organised and proactive, with a hands-on approach.
- A genuine interest in promoting health, fitness, and wellbeing.
