Job Opportunity

Griffith, New South Wales is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to lead our busy Gymnasium. As a Fitness Professional, you will have the opportunity to step up and shape the future of our Fitness Club and team.

The Position
  • Motivate and support staff in the Gymnasium to deliver high standards of customer service.
  • Drive high standards – ensure smooth, safe, and efficient daily operations.
  • Coach and develop your team – provide day-to-day guidance, support training, and help others succeed.
  • Support compliance – uphold health & safety, safeguarding, and operational policies.
  • Contribute to the centre's growth – assist with membership drives, community outreach, and service improvements.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in a leisure, fitness environment.
  • Strong communication and people management skills.
  • Ability to think on your feet, solve problems, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Hold a Certificate IV in Fitness, current First Aid certificate and CPR qualifications.
  • A genuine interest in promoting health, fitness, and wellbeing.
  • Skills in developing your team to perform at their best.

Additional Details

Applicants must have a NSW Working with Children Check Clearance Number for employment screening.

Hours of work: 38 hours per week.

Salary range from $75,771.28 to $83,350.28 (Grade 11).

This position is designated as a child-related position.
