
Part-Time Reception Administrator Wanted

Due to current high demand, we are seeking a skilled Reception Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is ideal for someone who can provide exceptional customer service and work well under pressure.
Your New Role:
As a Reception Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day smooth running of the office. Your main responsibilities will include managing and answering a busy switchboard, fulfilling front-of-house duties, and assisting staff members with general administration tasks when required.
Key Responsibilities:

- Fulfill front-of-house duties
- Assist staff members with general administration tasks
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Work well under pressure
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Confident phone manner
- Great communication skills - written and verbal
- Some experience working with customers
- Shows initiative
- Can problem-solve or sort out an issue
- High-volume administrative skills
Working Hours:
You will work 7.30am - 3.30pm on Thursday and Friday each week.
