Job Description

Our organization is seeking skilled professionals to carry out maintenance and repairs on Caterpillar equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, maintaining, and completing all paperwork related to job completion.

The role requires the ability to use Caterpillar Diagnostic Systems (ET Vims, SIMSi, SIS) and ensure safety goals are achieved through personal commitment and participation in safety initiatives.

  • Carry out maintenance and repairs on Caterpillar equipment.
  • Assemble Caterpillar equipment.
  • Maintain and complete all paperwork related to job completion.
  • Use Caterpillar Diagnostic Systems (ET Vims, SIMSi, SIS).
  • Ensure safety goals are achieved through personal commitment, no harm to self or others, and participation in safety initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant Trade Qualification (Automotive Mechanics, Mechanical Fitters, Fitter & Turners, Diesel Fitters).
  • At least 5 years post-trade mechanical fitting experience.
  • Disassembly & Assembly experience.
  • Computer literacy, including experience with SIS.
  • A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
  • The ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Availability for day and afternoon rotating shifts.
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
