Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Coach to join our team of experts in hearing care. The successful candidate will work closely with Audiologists and Audiometrists to provide coaching, education, and training programs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver coaching and training programs for clinical staff.
- Collaborate with Audiologists and Audiometrists to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance clinical skills.
- Provide feedback and coaching to clinical staff to improve their performance and achieve desired outcomes.
- Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Audiology, Speech Pathology).
Advanced degree is desirable. - A minimum of 5 years' experience in a clinical coaching or leadership role.
Clinical experience in hearing care is essential. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. - Ability to analyze complex information,
identify key issues, and develop practical solutions.
