Job DescriptionWe seek energetic and customer-centric individuals to join our team across Brisbane Metro clinics. Key responsibilities include:
- Performing comprehensive hearing assessments with full training provided.
- Providing face-to-face and phone-based customer support services.
- Managing appointment schedules through diary and inbox management.
- Identifying and implementing external lead generation opportunities and local marketing initiatives.
- Assisting clinics to perform effectively through reporting and solution follow-ups.
Additional responsibilities include providing administrative support for audiologists and clinics.
RequirementsWe are seeking individuals who excel in customer support and client care. Ideal candidates possess:
- Previous experience in face-to-face customer service or retail roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Preference given to Vietnamese speakers.
- Good computer skills and technical aptitude.
- Previous administration experience an advantage, but full training will be provided.
