Strata Management Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organised Strata Manager to take over a well-maintained, stable portfolio of 45 residential and mixed-use buildings covering approximately 700 lots. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our strata management services.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in strata management. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management and excellent communication skills. About This Role
  • Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of 45 residential and mixed-use buildings

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in strata management
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
