Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Receptionist and Medical Typist to join our Dermatology clinic team on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the reception area, including greeting visitors, answering calls, confirming appointments, sending reminders to patients, and maintaining accurate records.

In addition to these duties, the candidate will also work closely with our medical practitioners to provide efficient and accurate medical typing services, including touch typing of clinical notes, preparing test request forms and medical certificates, and maintaining Excel spreadsheets.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is detail-oriented, has strong communication skills, and is able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
