We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of receptionist in our busy dermatology clinic. As a receptionist, you will be responsible for managing front-desk operations, including greeting patients, handling phone calls, and booking appointments.

Key responsibilities include processing patient information, managing medical records, billing patients, and processing payments. You will also be required to assist with administrative tasks and maintain office supplies.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Prior experience in a medical receptionist role is highly desirable, but not essential.

We offer a competitive hourly rate, overtime opportunities, Saturday penalty rates, and regular bonus incentives. You will also have access to dermatology treatments at discounted rates and a convenient location close to public transport and local shops.

The ideal candidate will be well presented, approachable, and able to work collaboratively with colleagues. Reliability and punctuality are essential qualities for this role.

The position is based in Waterloo, NSW, with the option to grow into an Office Manager position should the applicant demonstrate an aptitude and willingness for the role.
