Senior HR Business Partner Opportunity

This role requires a senior HR professional to support an organization in growth and transformation.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong change leadership skills, and agility to navigate ongoing transformation. They will act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, aligning HR strategy with business goals, driving workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and cultural initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Align HR strategy with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement workforce plans, talent strategies, and succession management processes.
  • Lead and embed change initiatives, focusing on technology and HR practice modernization.
  • Analyze HR data to inform business decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices are integrated into HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 5–7+ years' experience in strategic HR roles, preferably in growth-oriented or industry-specific environments.
  • Experience leading HR transformations, including technology implementations and structural changes.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders, offering strategic and hands-on support.
  • Strong commercial acumen, agility, and proactive HR leadership skills.
