Senior HR Business Partner Role

About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. This pivotal role involves acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, driving strategic and operational HR outcomes that align with business goals and people strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with leaders to design and deliver HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Providing expert advice on all HR matters including employee relations, performance management, talent management, and remuneration.
  • Leading Enterprise Agreement negotiations and advising on proactive team performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
  • Driving attraction, retention, and talent management initiatives to meet business needs and workforce planning requirements.
  • Managing HR data analytics and reporting to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
  • Supporting and leading HR projects to enhance service delivery and employee engagement.
  • Promoting a safe, inclusive, and values-driven workplace culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a senior HR generalist role, with at least 5 years in a HR Business Partnering capacity.
  • Proven expertise in Enterprise Agreement negotiations.
  • Strong background in employee relations, performance management, talent planning, and HR analytics.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and provide pragmatic advice through change, conflict, and organisational transformation.
  • Sound knowledge of contemporary HR practices, legislation, and compliance within a large organisation.
