Key Role:

About the Opportunity:

About You:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in property acquisitions, corporate finance, private equity, or related fields.
  • A proven track record of originating and executing complex transactions.
  • Strong analytical skills and expertise in financial modeling and valuation.
  • An extensive network within capital markets and professional services.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strategic focus.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years' experience in property acquisitions, corporate finance, private equity, investment banking, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of originating and executing complex, high-value transactions.
