Job Title: Tech Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver world-class technical support to customers by troubleshooting technical issues, collecting problem descriptions, and replicating problems.
  • Regularly communicate progress with clients while updating customer records.
  • Cross-collaborate with developers and peers on a daily basis to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Share best practices for utilizing software products and help customers maximize their value.
  • Meet performance targets and service level agreements (SLAs).
Technical Requirements:
  • Fluency in English language
  • Proficiency in Japanese language is an asset
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical client-facing role
  • General software troubleshooting skills with broad experience in logical problem-solving
  • Familiarity with client-server architecture
  • Experience working with and troubleshooting web-based applications
  • Ability to communicate technical instructions clearly to people with limited experience
