About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Enterprise Integration projects. As a key member of our Project Delivery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex integration projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution
    • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management.
    • Estimate resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
    • Communicate project expectations with technical team members and stakeholders.
  • Integration Project Management
    • Manage end-to-end integration projects, particularly within HRIS or large-scale systems.
    • Oversee concurrent changes across multiple systems, ensuring alignment and minimizing cross-system risks.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Build relationships and manage expectations with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Ensure engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Vendor and Resource Management
    • Manage vendors, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure coordinated delivery and performance.
  • Leadership and Influence
    • Lead and influence teams without direct authority, fostering collaboration and driving successful outcomes.
  • Technical Acumen
    • Strong understanding of integration technologies and tools, with familiarity in HRIS systems like Dayforce, API management, and data mapping.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability
    • Strong analytical skills to address challenges, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Project Management and/or Computer Science.
  • Project Management certification (PMBOK, PRINCE2, AGILE or similar standards).
  • Experience utilizing a project management software tool, e.g., Microsoft Project and JIRA.
