Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage our global logistics operations. This role will be responsible for optimizing international logistics, managing internal teams and external partners, and driving strategic outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and manage internal teams and external partners to deliver tactical and strategic outcomes for the logistics function.
  • Analyse and optimize inbound international logistics operations, identifying key areas for improvement, to drive positive change.
  • Evaluate and enhance supply chain network design to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive and report on the effectiveness of logistics optimization initiatives.
  • Lead and grow the capabilities of team members through day-to-day leadership, performance management, and development planning.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (4-6 years) in optimizing international logistics flows within a global organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of global transportation modes, regulations, and documentation requirements across multiple geographies and industry profiles.
