The Role:

We seek an experienced Global Workforce Strategist to collaborate with leaders across various departments. As a trusted partner, you will contribute to shaping strategies, building capabilities, and creating an inclusive workplace where people thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop genuine partnerships with leaders to convert strategic objectives into people-centric outcomes
  • Lead with curiosity to design innovative workforce plans, address capability gaps, and future-proof our teams
  • Advise on transformation, engagement, and culture while being a voice of optimism and care
  • Support the growth and development of high-performing employees through clear career paths and regular feedback
  • Ensure smooth, compliant, and continuously improving people processes

Requirements:

  • A background in HR and experience partnering with leaders in dynamic, multi-layered organisations – retail experience is beneficial
  • You have supported both corporate teams and frontline operations and know how to balance strategy and hands-on delivery
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to align people initiatives to business outcomes (not just HR responsibilities)
  • Skilled in building trusted relationships at all levels with clear communication and genuine empathy
  • Confident navigating employee relations, workforce planning, and change while maintaining compliance and composure under pressure
