Job Title: Global Logistics Manager
About the RoleAs a seasoned professional, you will oversee the movement of goods globally and lead a team to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Manage imports and exports across major markets.
- Develop freight strategies and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
- Monitor and control freight costs, forecast demand, and provide regular reporting for product margin analysis.
- Maintain end-to-end shipment visibility and tracking within ERP systems.
- Lead and develop logistics teams, including specialists and coordinators.
- Drive process improvements and cost efficiencies in logistics operations.
- 8+ years' experience in freight, logistics, or global shipping management.
- Proven knowledge of customs/import laws and international shipping regulations.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Experience with high-volume product logistics and supply chain optimization.
- Excellent leadership, time management, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
