About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Tours Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service, working in a fast-paced environment, and contributing to the success of our resort.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with tour readiness by cleaning, refueling, and detailing vehicles and vessels to ensure safety and presentation.
  • Support guest onboarding processes, including compliance with permit conditions and safety procedures.
  • Provide operational support to the Tours team and assist with guiding activities as trained and qualified.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or front of house operations, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • The ability to perform physical duties, including cleaning, refueling, and equipment handling.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with a strong guest service focus.
  • A valid Driver's license and H Endorsement and Light Rigid License or higher.
