Tour Management Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Tours division. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through expert service delivery, efficient logistics management, and innovative product development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for recruitment, training, and career growth of Indigenous and non-Indigenous tour guides, promoting inclusive employment practices.
  • Maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including Parks Australia and Traditional Owners, fostering collaborative relationships and community engagement.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in high-volume tourism operations, preferably in remote or regional Australia, with a passion for Indigenous tourism and cultural interpretation.
  • Proven commercial acumen, with expertise in sales, financial planning, and team development.
  • Valid driver's license required, with Kakadu knowledge highly regarded; H endorsement desirable.
