Job Overview

A seasoned professional is required to oversee the coordination of building services on site, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire protection, and communications.

About the Role
  • Coordinate the design, installation, integration, and commissioning of all services
  • Review documentation for design conflicts and provide solutions
  • Manage the services program in alignment with the construction schedule
  • E nsure full compliance with industry standards and project specifications
  • Lead inspections, commissioning, and defect management processes
  • Support procurement and cost control of services trades
  • Enforce safety practices and proactively manage risk
  • Act as the key contact for all services-related matters, internally and externally
About You
  • 5–8+ years' experience in a services coordination or management role within commercial construction
  • Strong technical knowledge across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and fire services
  • Proven experience delivering complex, multi-service projects from design through to handover
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Proficient with construction management software and Microsoft Office
  • Tertiary qualifications in Building Services, Construction Management or Engineering (desired)
