Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the delivery of building services across construction projects.

This includes overseeing all aspects of building services throughout the lifecycle of construction projects, from pre-contracts and tendering through to construction delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical, fire, hydraulics, and HVAC systems, as well as experience managing comprehensive building services packages and their commissioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the delivery of building services across construction projects, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Foster collaboration between internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure integrated service outcomes.
  • Develop and execute strategies that ensure services are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet quality expectations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance project delivery.
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of experience in a similar role within the building, construction, or civil industries in Australia.
  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering, preferably with a focus on electrical or mechanical disciplines.
  • Demonstrated experience in design and coordination of services packages.
  • Proven experience managing comprehensive building services packages and their commissioning.
