Employee Relations Professional

As a seasoned Employee Relations professional, you will have the opportunity to lead on complex case work and be part of a high-performing team. Based in Sydney, this role involves providing day-to-day employee relations advice and acting as an ER expert for the NSW market.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience at a dynamic organisation with a strong focus on commercial objectives. You will have sound knowledge and understanding of relevant ER legislation, excellent influencing and negotiation skills, and previous experience working in a financial or government organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing day-to-day employee relations advice
  • Acting as the ER expert for the NSW market
  • Ensuring consistency across the organisation nationwide within the ER remit
  • Working closely with the legal team to escalate matters and track cases and trends
