Job Description:

  • You will oversee the daily operations of supported accommodation homes across the metropolitan area, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
  • As an Accommodation Coordinator, you will lead and support a team of dedicated Support Workers, manage rosters, and contribute to exciting projects that directly impact client wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Be hands-on and present by working directly from our supported accommodation sites to oversee service quality.
  2. Lead and support your team through effective rostering and day-to-day supervision of Support Workers.
  3. Develop personalised plans for clients, including assessments, care planning, and positive behaviour support strategies.
  4. Ensure all services are person-centred and aligned with client goals, preferences, and funding – delivering support that truly makes a difference.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in case management or support coordination within the Disability sector.
  • Confidence navigating the NDIS framework, guidelines, and terms of business.
  • Ability to build strong, meaningful relationships with clients and the teams you lead.
  • Effective communication skills across a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Embracing feedback and collaboration with a supportive, high-performing coordination team.
