Senior Accommodation Operations Manager

This position offers the opportunity to step into a strategic leadership role and contribute to the continued success of our business. As a Senior Accommodation Operations Manager, you will oversee all day-to-day operations, including staffing, guest services, and financial management.

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction. This includes implementing and maintaining operational policies and procedures, identifying process improvements to drive efficiency, and effectively communicating with and managing a team of dedicated hospitality professionals.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar relief or management role within the hospitality industry. Specifically, they should have experience working in serviced apartments, with expertise across all operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and financial management.

Key qualifications include the ability to lead and motivate a team, excellent customer service skills, and strong financial acumen. Additionally, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
