About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work in a dynamic branch that enables the delivery of facilities supporting growth and expansion.
We are seeking experienced professionals who can drive planning, development, and operations of accommodation and facilities management. As an Accommodation and Facilities Management Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring equitable access to accommodation and maintaining physical assets and facilities.
Your responsibilities will include managing real estate, accommodation requests, movements of different teams, and facility asset allocation. You will also be responsible for creating a comfortable work environment, managing assets, and providing critical risk management.
You will work in multi-disciplinary teams to deliver objectives related to national accommodation management, facilities services, business continuity, emergency management, and estate planning.
Key Responsibilities- Manage real estate and accommodation requests
- Coordinate team movements and facility asset allocation
- Create a comfortable work environment and manage assets
- Provide critical risk management and support data across the lifecycle
- Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to think strategically and contribute to continuous improvement
- Experience in facilities management or a related field
