Key Responsibilities
  • Cost Management: Scrutinize and authorize costs of up to 100 daily jobs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Workflow Management: Manage estimate/authorization workflow via portals, emails, and phone calls, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
  • Query Resolution: Resolve queries in a timely manner, chasing suppliers for responses and ensuring prompt action.
  • Reporting: Analyze fleet costs, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving measures, and providing recommendations for optimization.
