Job Summary:

Our organization is seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to play a vital role in our finance department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

 

  • Purchase Ledger Processing: Process purchase ledger invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Daily Invoicing: Issue invoices on a timely basis, maintaining excellent communication with customers and suppliers.
  • Collections and Couriers: Chase collections and liaise with couriers to ensure prompt payment from customers.
  • Filing and Documentation: File customer documents securely and maintain accurate records.
  • Order Acknowledgements: Send order acknowledgements to customers promptly.
  • Return Monitoring: Monitor both customer and supplier returns, resolving any issues that arise.
  • Customer Service: Answer incoming calls, providing exceptional verbal and written communication to our customers.
