As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for building and growing your own client portfolio. You will engage with business decision-makers at corporate-sized customers to cultivate long-term relationships and help clients elevate their internal communications strategy.

  • You will work closely with a collaborative team to grow the region
  • Become an expert in employee communication and engagement strategies
  • Drive revenue and consistently exceed quota by following up with clients and closing deals
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through self-sourced outbound prospecting, while collaborating closely with Sales Development and Marketing teams
About the role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional who is passionate about driving growth and success. As a proactive and results-driven sales hunter, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strong relationships with existing clients.

Your primary focus will be on the APAC region, with a primary emphasis on Australia. This is a hybrid role based in Sydney, requiring two days per week at our office.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex sales cycles using all available resources
  • Work closely with Marketing and Customer Success teams to achieve goals
  • Bring innovative strategies and ideas that align with our company culture and values
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales, ideally within web tech, collaboration, or communication
  • Proven success in hitting and exceeding targets in Australia
  • Experience working in global companies with offices in Europe and North America
  • A competitive streak and a relentless drive to succeed
