Job Title: Tax Manager - Corporate Growth

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our corporate growth department, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of diverse clients, including privately owned corporate groups, trusts, and other entities.

Your primary focus will be on providing tax compliance, financial statement preparation, and advisory services to these clients. You will work closely with partners and senior tax specialists to deliver high-quality advice on intricate tax matters, including restructuring, domestic transactions, capital gains tax, and specific trust issues.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. If you have a passion for tax and are committed to helping your clients and team grow, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Accounting or Tax
  • Minimum 5+ years experience providing Australian tax compliance or business advisory services to corporate entities, high-wealth individuals, and private family groups
  • Experience managing a portfolio of clients
  • Excellent client-facing skills with confidence to lead client meetings and build a network
  • Commitment to sharing experience to develop junior team members
  • High-level communication and engagement skills
