The job requires supporting the development and execution of the learning and brand-specific strategy and initiatives in line with business priorities and performance expectations. This will involve creating a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver innovative learning solutions across the entire organization.
">
  • Manage complex stakeholder relationships and external providers efficiently and effectively to time and to budget with clear measurable outcomes.
">
  • Share agreed outcome metrics for core initiatives, results, best practices, and learnings.
">
  • Lead the development of the learning curriculum and programs for designated key areas of focus (knowledge and skills).
">
  • Undertake learning needs gap analysis in support of learning plan development.
">
  • Drive uptake and engagement with all learning solutions.
">
  • Design bespoke blended (non-traditional) learning programs in consultation with key stakeholders and in line with learning needs gap analysis.
">
  • Scheduling and delivery of programs is in accordance with teams and or business priorities.
">
  • Oversee all programs to ensure learning outcomes are maximized through pre and post program participant support.
