We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead strategic goals by leveraging technology for space optimization.
About the Role
As a key member of our innovative and collaborative team, you will enable strategic goals by optimizing store layouts through data-driven insights. You will partner with various teams to enhance store efficiency and customer experience by creating tailored store layouts with an understanding of impact on range.
Key Responsibilities
Develop impactful and collaborative merchandising strategies across Commercial and Merchandising & Customer Value to deliver commercial goals and exceptional customer value. Accountable user of our merch optimisation technology to create and govern action lists that produce store-specific space, driving effective and efficient space and commercial outcomes.
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years experience in relevant roles or Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related subject, or equivalent professional experience. Proficient understanding of Google & Microsoft systems, with intermediate Excel functions (pivot tables, formulas, conditional formatting). Basic to intermediate GCP and/or SQL knowledge advantageous. Knowledgeable in agency datasets.
