Teaching Swimming Classes

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Casual Swimming Instructor to deliver high-quality swimming lessons and coaching to students from Prep to Year 12.

  • Deliver Learn to Swim classes for children aged 4 to 12 years during school hours
  • Contribute to the coordination and programming of swimming classes for all age and ability groups
  • Ensure compliance with Industry Guidelines and procedures
  • Undertake general cleaning and maintenance of facilities and equipment when required
  • Prepare for classes, ensuring all required equipment is available and set up in time
  • Assist with before and after school squad training as required
Essential Requirements
  • Austswim or Swim Australia Accreditation
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Working with Children Suitability Card
  • Prior experience in a similar role
Key Skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday availability (Before, during and after school)
