Water Sports Coach

We are seeking a passionate and experienced water sports coach to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a thorough understanding of water sports techniques, and a passion for sharing their love for the ocean.

Responsibilities:

  • Teaching water sports lessons to individuals and groups, catering to different skill levels
  • Providing safety instructions and ensuring a secure environment for all participants
  • Assisting with equipment selection and maintenance, ensuring students have the right gear
  • Creating a positive and encouraging atmosphere that motivates students to improve their water sports skills

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience as a water sports coach
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively within a team as well as autonomously

This role requires a strong passion for teaching and a commitment to providing a safe and enjoyable learning experience for our students.

Key Skills: water sports proficiency, teaching experience, first aid and lifesaving certification, physical fitness
