Job Title: Rowing Coach

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate rowing coach to join our rowing program for the 2025 season.

  • Develop and deliver training programs for junior athletes, ensuring they reach their full potential.
  • Coordinate and manage coaching staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Support and participate in all scheduled regattas.
  • Facilitate testing processes throughout the season, promoting athlete growth and development.
  • Assist with boat trailer management.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, encouraging athlete and coach development.
  • Manage all aspects of the rowing program, including administration.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Head Rowing coach to develop and implement a comprehensive rowing program.
  • Provide supportive and encouraging coaching to students throughout the rowing season.
  • Mentor student-athletes in their personal and athletic growth.
  • Organize and support on-water and land practices, regattas, and team events.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive team environment.
  • Communicate effectively with students, coaches, and other stakeholders.
  • Uphold the values of our organization.
