Job Overview:

All Hallows' School aims to integrate sport and recreation into its education, catering to diverse student needs and addressing social issues affecting women and justice.

We seek a passionate Water Polo professional to lead our Water Polo program as Development Officer, reporting to the Head of Sport and the Sport Coordinators responsible for Water Polo. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for health and physical activity and excellent communication skills to foster positive relationships with students, colleagues, and the wider school community.

This casual contract role involves approximately 10-20 hours per week, with varied shifts including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Water Polo programs aligned with the school's values and goals
  • Maintain positive working relationships with students, staff, and the wider community
  • Contribute to the planning and coordination of Water Polo events and tournaments
  • Assist in coaching and mentoring Water Polo teams
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sport and Sport Coordinators to achieve program objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in Water Polo coaching or development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
