ImpactWe currently have an exciting opportunity to join a well-established thriving Water Infrastructure team due to a strong pipeline of projects. The current opportunity is based in Brisbane; you will be joining a connected ANZ Water Solutions business providing advisory and engineering through to operations and asset management. Our water business in Brisbane includes water infrastructure and water resources teams, serving markets such as Utilities, Government, Transport, Resources, and Energy Transition.
Responsibilities- As a Associate Water Consultant, you will be responsible for all elements of consulting services within your areas, including building and developing relationships with key client organisations, contributing to and leading sales activities including proactive sales activities and tenders, leading projects as project manager, and contributing to the development of junior staff in our section.
- The role will be highly client facing; you will identify opportunities and develop and execute strategies to pursue these, considering client needs, Jacobs strategy, and commercial interests.
- Maintain compliance with Jacobs QA procedures, including the deliverables review QA process.
- Facilitate the development of more junior resources to meet career goals and market requirements.
- Engage with high performers in a team environment to facilitate knowledge sharing and coaching.
- Promote safety and sustainability culture within the organisation and with our clients.
- Support your division to thrive in a global setting, encouraging cross-geography and cross-business unit relationships to maximise global delivery benefits.
- Build relationships with Jacobs global market solutions cohort to support personal development and client delivery.
