We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Influencer Marketing Coordinator.

This role plays a critical part in growing our brand through strategic partnerships with influencers across various platforms.

  • Manage influencer relationships and ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Onboard new creators and negotiate partnerships that align with our brand goals.
  • Coordinate content schedules and keep campaigns running smoothly.
  • Work closely with the marketing manager to plan product launches, special projects, and collaborations.
  • Build long-term relationships with influential creators who can amplify our brand image.
Requirements
  • Experience managing a network of influencers or creators for a brand.
  • Strong understanding of content creation processes and what drives video performance.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confidence in handling outreach, follow-ups, and contract negotiations.
  • Ability to maintain a consistent brand image across multiple creator channels.
  • Preferred experience in outdoor, fishing, camping, boating, or adventure-related industries.
  • Enjoy engaging with people and building lasting relationships.
  • Able to work independently and meet accountabilities.
