The Retail Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales performance, and leading a motivated team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily store activities to ensure efficient operations.
  • Lead and direct staff, including recruitment, scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance and financial metrics.
  • Manage financial operations, including budgeting and preparing reports.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to build and maintain partnerships.
  • Implement marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to increase customer engagement and retention.
  • Handle customer complaints while maintaining exceptional service standards.
  • Ensure workplace health and safety compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma-level qualification in Retail Management or three years of relevant experience.
  • At least one year of retail management experience.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Proven sales and customer service experience.
  • Ability to manage financial and operational aspects of a store.
