About UsWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our team in the Perth Metro area due to rapid expansion.The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  1. Developing strategies and implementing plans to monitor, track, and improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.
  2. Documenting and improving policies and procedures aimed at improving all phases of service lifecycle from initial bid through service implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
  3. Maximising client retention through offering value-added services and engaging regularly with key client stakeholders.
  4. Managing resources effectively and increasing profitability.
  5. Modifying and improving services to provide the best available operation plan for clients and other organisational units.
  6. Reviewing Operational plans and compliance of the Sales, Operations, and Admin departments and reporting KPI's to management.
  7. Carefully managing Change Management initiatives aimed at streamlining business practices, and maximising operational efficiencies.
  8. Liaising with other organisational units to identify issues within the delivery plan of the services and responding to customer expectations.
  9. Assisting with recruitment of staff members, including front-line operational staff, supervisors, and managers.
  10. Providing leadership throughout the organisation, training, and mentoring new members of staff, monitoring, and managing staff KPI's and assisting with professional development goals.

  • Committed to following OH&S requirements.
