We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our Customer Operations team in Perth. As the Manager Business Customer Service, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service professionals who provide exceptional service to non-contestable business customers.

Job Description

The Manager Business Customer Service is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team and contribute to the strategic planning and delivery of customer operations. You will work closely with the Business Customer and Growth (BC&G) leadership team to develop and implement strategies that drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
